"My fiancé and I have been loyal State Farm customers for years. Recently, he purchased a new vehicle and promptly called this branch to update his information. Unfortunately, the representative he spoke to failed to update his policy information on his new vehicle. Two months later, he was involved in an accident and called to file a claim, only to discover that his new vehicle was never updated and wasn’t covered. To make matters worse, he’s been paying insurance premiums for a vehicle he no longer owns. Despite their error, State Farm denied his claim and refuses to cover the damage to his new vehicle which has over $10,000 in damages. We just want to make people aware in hopes this never happens to someone else."
